Made from cold-pressed, non-GMO Canadian sunflower seeds, we are proud to be the exclusive source for this highly versatile and exceptionally sustainable all-purpose cooking oil. The fragrance is phenomenal, full, round, and subtly floral, making it a beautiful finishing oil, while the smoke point is high enough to use for most cooking applications, as well, at 450 degrees.

Gently smoked to impart additional complexity and umami, this selection adds an incredible amount of flavor whether used as the base cooking fat or simply with a splash across the finished dish.
