Rose Wine Vinegar

A versatile vinegar to be kept on the counter at all times, this rosé wine vinegar can be used universally wherever a balanced hit of acidity is required. Made from small production tempranillo wine using the Schutzenbach acetification method, it maintains floral notes of bright red berries and bittersweet fruit. While it pairs perfectly with summer vegetables and winter’s leafy greens, it also shines in a mignonette for oysters or used in a quick pickle.
